Whoa, the bridge where this video starts is a location in the game Yakuza 6 where they’ve made a very realistic recreation of that part of Onomichi. Where it gets somewhat eerie: there’s actually a white scooter in the exact same place on the bridge in the video game as there is in your video. Thanks for the nice video!

I was getting worried if you were able to get back to main streets or not. Its a maze in there. Cemetery in there too. Holy cow, what a way to end the video with a close up of a train going by. Thanks for sharing Thuong...😃👍👌🚶♀️🚶♀️🚶♀️❤

What a fascinating video - what the world (towns and villages) looked like before automobiles. I thought Onomichi was familiar and it was the old couples hometown in the movie "Tokyo Story".

Another time capsule for future generations to see a place in time. I am glad you put the date and time on the video. Fascinating. A mixture of public and private spaces. Very ancient in design. I travel often and I, too, find myself walking into interesting places. Not the typical tourist areas, but the local residential and back commercial areas. The cemetery was especially like the places I walk. So interesting to see you doing this. I thought I was the only one to take time to document such places. Thank you. I wish I could share some of my adventures with you. Often times my adventures are on bicycle like you and Cruse. Walking affords a more intimate experience to dig deep into such places. I am from the U.S. and some of my favorite adventures have been in Charleston S.C., Richmond, Virginia, Saint Louis, Missouri, and most any town in West Virginia. Thank you! More please.

Brings two expressions to mind. The wrong side of the tracks with the financially challenged. It is a rather sad maintenance of the space, vegetation, fences, structures. Yet, the irregular topography and its use, original and unusual,
