From my experience, I walked the beach between 8-9 pm. A lot more crowded with people. Most of the girls are 6 or lower. This video looks to be later in the night. I'm guessing past 12 am. Less vehicle traffic and pedestrians but the quality of girls improved to a 7 or 8. 😂
