In one of the side alleys there is a studio and shop run by an incredible artist. Guy does some kind of magic by putting objects and plants in various glass enclosures. I' ve got myself an incerdible souvenir from there. Greetings from Poland. Hoping to revisit Japan ASAP.

Something rather unusual in today's Japan (1:43) -- a father with 3 young kids! To see this makes me very happy! Most couples or parents that I see when I am in Japan only have one or two children at the most (if any at all sometimes).

@rambalac suggestion: you can use a shoulder supporter I/O using hand, less fatigue and you can have one more free hand, shoulder is more difficult to adjust the angle.

This was a fun place when I was there. The variety of sweet beans were so yummy! Too bad you have to wear a mask even outdoors in summer. I’m glad we don’t in Texas. Too hot!! I’m waiting to visit my family in Fukuoka when/if travel ban lifts.

why to Kawagoe for pickles? Something special about them worth travelling 1.5-2 hrs? I have been to the area a few times, but not heard I should try local pickles there. Pickles are similarly great in any speciality store, aren't they?
