Happy new year 2021 to my KZbin friends! Thank you for your supporting!
There was no fireworks in BGC this year, so we went to our parking lot and lucky us, the view was amazing.

@ Athena Asamiya ...Philippines is a very OLD CULTURE ...We were under SPAIN for 300 years and a lot of people are unfortunately extremely poor and a lot are very wealthy because a lot of my people are educated and hold degrees in Medicine, Nursing etc... because of lack of education of other people like you who doesn't know that it's unbelievably beautiful and modern Metro Manila is ....a Filipina in NY 🇺🇸...I do 💟 my country even though I live in NY and proud to be born in Manila. @@raiderwarrior2725 I don't think he came to the conclusion that the Philippines is better than the rest because of fireworks, and fireworks display from other countries doesn't necessarily mean that the people are more civilized since large crowds gather on these displays, while the Philippines you can just sit at home watching the fireworks from everywhere. We shouldn't shame other countries for the other.

In the old days at 12 midnignt we used to fire 45 cal and M16 baby Armalite but still the long staccato sound of the M16 was overwhelmed by huge ear shattering Atomic Banahaw PlaPla firecrackers blast.. Manila then in 80 to 1990s was like a warzone , made worst with tire burning on roads and streets around the Metro after the celebration and the sound of fire trucks because of accidental fires .. Manila was covered with heavy fog after the celebration.. now it muted cause of the pandemic

Fantastic Fireworks display! Hearing this makes me miss Manila. We are so fortunate living in a beautiful city in New Zealand, but nothing can compare the two I love them both! Due to covid everything had change, but the principles and the heart of the Philippines wins hands down. @@synesthesia101 That is true, we do. We are lucky in that respect. she lead us through in some difficult circumstances during our tough times which you probably heard in the news. I am confident we will eliminate covid here even though we still have some cases here, in which in regard we are still far less better than what Australia is going through. At least here we can have sports events, we can socialize with no restriction...we are living in a better place than other places in the world. In your comment thanks for bringing that up we definitely do need to Thank our Prime Minister for the work she done in our country she is definitely a good role model to follow.
