You gave me a HUGE HUGE GIFT. Partly because I'm a big walker, but mainly because the Upper West Side has always been my and my husband's go-to spot in NYC. We stay at a hotel there and use it as our home base to visit other parts of NYC, but honestly, are the happiest when we're just visiting our favorite spots on Columbus or Amsterdam or visiting Strawberry Fields and sitting in Central Park, hearing musicians play. Because of illness we haven't been able to visit since 2019. It just made my day to travel the streets of the Upper West Side with you. I equate the area to Brookline MA (just outside of Boston/Boston Metrowest area) where I lived for many years before moving to Boston's South Shore. So, I always feel at home. Thank you so much and happy new year!
