I had an unpleasant experience from Doha -london flight. The toilets were wet & dirty, i called the attention of the flight stewardess but she just ignored me. With regards to snacks, she just gave me a sandwich, i asked for a drink, but she forgotten me, she did not came back for my drink.i have to get up & ask for it. At this time most of the passengers were asleep, were not bothered of the snacks. Full meal though was served before landing arleast. That’s economy life!

Gold card member…never been upgraded, q suite is hit and miss. Staff is unmoderated, food average at best. Best thing about my flight was Bangkok airways to Chiang Mai

As a Gold card member, I've yet to experience an upgrade despite my loyalty. The Q Suite, while impressive at times, can be inconsistent. Staff quality seems unmonitored, and the food is only mediocre. Surprisingly, my most enjoyable flight was with Bangkok Airways to Heathrow Airport, especially when utilizing the convenient "Express Parking" service.

Airfares still high yet the plane was practically empty. Plus there was a 777 at heathrow plus this A380 going to Doha.
