I can not get know steam out of mine. When I turn it on the blue button to the left is on already. When I turn to turbo. Nothing happens on the settings. Going back.

I just bought one and it works better than the smaller hand held steamer I had before, which was a waste of money. I like Rowenta better. However, the 150 ml. water can only steam a really wrinkled blouse and a long dress then you need to refill the tank again. The door hook and dust bag is a plus!😅

Mines wasn’t working I kept trying, can’t return it because the time passed and didn’t need it at the time but I took out the water thing and smacked it in at first it made some weird fart noises😂 then it started working. Working now lmao

This is the worst piece of crap in the market. And expensive too. I returned mine 3 times!!!!! Makes a rattle noise…. No steam!!! I tried everything… absolutely everything! Save your money people!!! Buy another brand! Any other brand !!!

The white background does not help show the steam. And consumers want to see if it drips, and if so how much does it drip. Can it create a crease, does it work on heavier fabrics, and if so, how well? Is there an ability to turn the steam off completely while keeping the unit ready? No one needs to see the REAL TIME of it coming to temperature.

What’s the lock switch for in the front ?

It prevents you from pressing the steam trigger. Switch it to down position - and it will lock the steam trigger where you can't press it accidentally to let out steam. Honestly not sure why it's there lol

It's worked out pretty well for me. Hopefully you're using the crease attachment (see 6:42 mark of video). It'll hold the fabric tightly while you steam iron.

It's supposed to be a door hook but honestly I've never used it and am not even sure what it's supposed to hold because the iron is too bulky to be hung from it.
