4K Scenic Drive - Arizona 89A Lees Ferry, Paria Beach, Vermilion Cliffs National Monument

State Route 89A is an 83.85-mile state highway that runs from Prescott north to Flagstaff in the U.S. state of Arizona. The highway begins at SR 89 in Yavapai County and heads northward from Prescott, entering Jerome. From Jerome, the route then heads to Cottonwood and Sedona.
Lees Ferry is a site on the Colorado River in Coconino County, Arizona in the United States, about 7.5 miles southwest of Page and 9 miles south of the Utah-Arizona border. Wikipedia

Question about Vermilion Cliffs National Monument: Not talking about the cliffs, rather the Plato it's self. On the west side there is House Rock Rd that will take you up on to the Plato. Can you drive up there and camp on the Plato?
