The first fight dude in red has terrible form. Elbows out chicken wings, dropped hands, bending down for no reason. Heavy on front foot. Hector took it easy on him

One is an amatuer the other is a pro. And I'm willing to bet anything that dude in red is better than you. Not everything is about form and how you think someone looks, all that matters is results and he's clearly talented. It's sparring, neither was going 100%. Look at how he steps it up with the next person because the kid was being more aggressive. Anyone that actually knows boxing can see he's a definitely a very good amatuer boxer.
