One thing I notice is that you can see a glimpse of the Eldritch God in hell, during the train ride, look at the window seat that is next to the exit door to the train, you'll eventually see a glimpse of him for a second or so, then it cuts to the train stopping a little bit after that. But this can also be that train monster so I won't confirm that.
