My hotel was literally 1 minute or so away, just down the road. I remember buying shoes from a store I see in the video. I miss Japan so darn much! My parents were supposed to fly out to Tokyo merely a week after the Covid travel ban hit. They were looking forward to celebrating their anniversary there, but they had to cancel. I had school so I couldn't follow, but am excited, as with many people, to travel once it's OK again 🙂 I remember that the hotel used to gift us little Ginza senbei biscuits? They were shaped like square little tiles. Anyway, thank you! Your video made the nostalgia hit hard 💛

People are walking around so close to each other there. I know they wear masks, but I keep wondering how effective could they be. Since in Japan there wasn't a huge spread of the virus, my best guess is that there isn't much of a risk. Here in my country there are places where you see like five times worse than that in terms of people going by, and the virus is quite spread everywhere. Yet who can stand inside a house forever? Life needs to come back, isn’t it?
