I was there between July 11and 15 2022; the hotel is not bad, the pool is not small but it is occupied inmediately from 10 A.M because with the towel the clients appropiate the hammocks, it has a paid Spa that I thought was free and the meals are usually quite repetitive; elegant decoration but needs a partial repair over the years: SEVEN POINTS!!

I went here in about 2019, a kid decided to take a toilet break in the pool, no staff cleaned it out, I didn’t realise it at first so the germs had gotten to me already I was sick BADLY after that holiday + the food wasn’t very nice.

What about activities? Is some volleyball,tennis or gym in this hotel?

There are various activities at the hotel like Minigolf, Tabletennis, Zoomba in the pool, Fitness room. There is also an arcade where you can pay to play games, and the Spa has an additional cost but was very much worth it in our opinion.

How far is it into the main town and puerto del carmen?

The center of Puerto del Carmen is about an hour walk from the hotel. However, there are restaurants and stores a few minutes from the hotel. There are also a lot of Link scooters or bikes everywhere allowing you to get to the centre much faster (~20 minutes).

hi @@leewainwright3526. To be honest, we haven't taken a taxi in Lanzarote, so I don't know the cost.. google maps might give you an estimate! :)

Man hört die Flugzeuge, aber es ist nicht laut. Außerdem blockieren die Fenster in den Zimmern den Ton vollständig

Everyone has different taste buds, I find their food totally just fine 😊 Some days are better than others.

There is a buffet restaurant, a pizza place, a burger place and an oriental restaurant. All of them are all-inclusive (if that was part of your booking), but you need to make a reservation for the oriental and pizza restaurant 😊
