Most of these printers don't, and don't even actually need an app, I tested it out myself on a lot of the popular printers. Just your phone's "print" option works fine

Personally not a fan of the Zink printers, the quality is pretty poor and they get damaged with heat (since they're heat activated), but the price is pretty enticing.

@@mmecharlotte DEFINITELY inkless cartridge mini printers like the Kodak ones. They have downsides, the cartridges are slightly more expensive, create some waste (though you can send them for recycling I believe) and unfortunately they are propertiary to the type of printer you have while a lot of different printers just use Zink paper, but trust me the quality of inkless cartridge printers is pretty much on board with normal ink printer quality and they don't seem to get damaged by heat as I've laminated them before and they were fine. Kodak Mini 2 is a good choice. I recommend looking for local places that might sell second-hand ones for cheap - some people buy them on a whim or get them as a gift they never end up using so you can get them for pennies sometimes. I got mine for like $10.

I only have problems with this printer. I always get a white border at the top. Also, the photo is printed zoomed in, even though it is in 2:3 format.
