I own the same blue cat printer and would like to give you an advice. It prints much clearer if you connect it to a power bank. It’s power depends on a battery level and if it is 60% or less it starts to print poorly. So a power bank solves it. Also thank you for this comparison. I was thinking of buying a Pomemo Printer but it’s unique size of paper rolls irritates. You are practically bonded to their paper and it’s expensive, so thanks but no thanks.

Interesting, but this brings some issues. When my printer fully charged it pints the same if it will half charged. It's bad for battery to use printer while it charging. The qulity of print more depends on paper you use. And Phomemo paper is more exprensive because you pay for quality, I think it's cost every cent.

Also they want the printer to stand out in quality. You should not use other paper but you can , it will still fit . But their paper is higher definition HD, better quality .

wonderful little video - thank you! So refreshing & simple with no useless filler, just 100% clear & informative and a pleasure to watch & listen to - a blessing for my ADHD brain! I have the cat printer, and am happy with it given the price difference & not having to fiddle with a spool. I also wanted something larger & colour, and after much digging around I settled on an Instax Wide, but I much prefer the simplicity of the thermal stickers printers. Thanks again for making such a pleasant and calming video, will now go look at your other content xx

I wonder if you would get better results with the cat printer if you cleaned the print head, I see lines in the prints.

Don't know how to clean the head of the printer , so I need to Google it .

You don’t need to cut the paper. Just don’t use the plastic rack in phomemo. The roll will fit in.

00:50 - that information would be so much better if they all aligned. For example, on the 8th line down on the Cat it says Print Media: Thermal paper and on the Phome no, that's on a different line (numbered 3) Similarly - the Cat says "Consumable Specifications:57 * 30mm" on the 6th line down but the Phomeno says "Printing Format: 53mm x 25mm x 15mm" I just think putting the same information on the same line and in the same format makes it easier for the viewer.

Hola! Esta pequeña impresora puede ser util para mí emprendimiento. Quiero imprimir mis tarjetas, tienen que ser adhesivas y me gustaría que tengan color. No se si estas o habra alguna que me convenga más? 🤔 Una vez que se termina el rollo de papel donde lo compras?? Aca en mi país apenas estan llegando. Saludos!! 😊

Para color, sugiero una impresora regular (tipo inkjet), solo se tiene que comprar papel de sticker (como las que se usan para etiquetas de sobres) y se puede imprimir en color. Con estas impresoras thermal, solo se encuentra la impresora y los rollos en Amazon

No , it will not help in preserving the print. If you want a long lasting picture , you should buy quality paper with lifespan 10-20 years

Not every thermal paper is water-resistant and heat resistant, you should read the rest of the product when you want to buy it

This is a thermal printer with no ink . The color of the print depends on the paper ( only black, blue, pink ) . Maybe your gallery doesn't load because it needs some permissions in the settings.

M02 pro can be loaded with paper 15 mm, 25 mm, 50 mm , so if you have 14 mm I think it can work some way

You can print long images , because this is roll paper , The main thing is to rotate your long image correctly and it will be printed lengthwise.

I think there are some models of Phomemo printers for 57 mm paper , but I don't recommend you to buy cheap paper , it's a bad quality with short lifespan

Color depends on the paper. Paper can be black, blue, pink . The printer doesn't print colour images , that can make only a thermal photo printer.

On the bad quality paper prints fades quickly. If you buy the quality paper, like Phomemo, Peripage, they have lifespan 2,5,10 years

Thank you for posting this video as I'm confused as to which one to buy but I'll probably go with the phomemo one. May I ask if it can print 59mm X 86mm or it's strictly just square prints not rectangular?

@@megadunsparce5735 This particular printer only fits 53mm wide paper. You can print any image, and whether it will be square or rectangular depends on the rotation of the image. If you have a rectangular image, you can rotate it along the roll, then the print will be larger and rectangular.

Yeah , all phomemo paper is quality, but there are an indicated lifespan , like paper 2 years , ( the cheapest), 5 years, 10 years etc.

@@pandiart sorry, I explained myself poorly, I saw in the video that you used the other paper from the cat printer in the phomemo printer, do the prints still come out well and do you have to cut out one side to make it fit?
