WHAT'S NEW AT CLLEX?
On March 2024, the CLLEX Sto Rosario-San Juan Segment in Aliaga, Nueva Ecija was officially opened for light vehicles only. The new Aliaga Interchange was opened to all motorists headed to Aliaga Town Proper as well as going to the northern portion of Nueva Ecija. While the portion of Caalibangbangan, Cabanatuan City Segment is still ongoing construction and is to be opened by 2025
Traveling from Manila to Nueva Ecija will be less than 2 or 3 hours
INFORMATION
The Central Luzon Link Expressway (CLLEX), also known as the Central Luzon Link Freeway is partially operational in the Central Luzon region of the Philippines. It will connect the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) and the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX) to the currently under-construction North Luzon East Expressway in Cabanatuan towards San Jose, Nueva Ecija. It is currently toll-free and exclusively open to Class 1 vehicles[a] but it will be tolled and opened to other classes of vehicles in the future
CLLEX runs in an east-west direction from Tarlac City to San Jose, Nueva Ecija. The entire route is built as a four-lane expressway mostly laid out on an embankment.
From the west, CLLEX begins at a trumpet interchange with the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) and Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX) in Tarlac City. The expressway intersects Santa Rosa-Tarlac Road at a diamond interchange where the expressway passes above grade. The expressway then passes agricultural land, before turning east as it enters La Paz. It crosses La Paz-Victoria Road where an interchange serving entering westbound vehicles and exiting eastbound vehicles, connects the two. The expressway continues east as it crosses through a viaduct over the Rio Chico River and crosses the Tarlac-Nueva Ecija boundary before crossing the Talavera River.
The expressway then continues east as it enters Zaragoza, Nueva Ecija. It turns northeast as it meets Zaragoza interchange, a trumpet interchange connecting with Zaragoza-Aliaga Road. It makes a reverse curve turning southeast before crossing Guimba-Aliaga Road as it enters Aliaga, where a temporary exit is built as the expressway's current terminus.

According to DPWH. They will resume the construction of the unfinished part of CLLEX especially in the Cabanatuan City area. Nag inspect nadin ang DPWH sa unfinished CLLEX Cabanatuan area since nabayaran nang owner ang lupa sa Cabanatuan. Kaya expected they will resume the construction within this year. ❤

Update:Sabi daw sa FB Post. Gagawin nadaw yung portion ng CLLEX sa Caalibangbangan Cabanatuan City. Baka doob daw itatayo yung interchange ng CLLEX Cabanatuan. Nabayaran nadaw ng DPWH ang lupa sa Cabanatuan City para itayong expressway.

Dahil daw po kasi gagawin nayung portion ng Umaangan then iduduktong sa Cabanatuan City.. Ayon po kay P.O Jay Vergara, itutuloy nadaw nila yung konstruksyon ng CLLEX withon this year for their final stage of Phase 1 ng CLLEX hanggang Cabanatuan. Pero malaking tulong po ito pag natapoa 😃
