Ikebukuro is an entertainment district in Tokyo that is similar to Akihabara. It has anime and manga stores, retro games and TCG stores, arcades and games, and a mall called Sunshine City with a huge Pokemon store and Pikachu cafe, as well as the Sanrio Cafe. It's lesser known - and therefore less crowded - than Akihabara.
