It's been very hard and frustrating for me, trying to get back down to South Florida for a number of years now because of health issues. I always appreciate and post a thank you whenever you upload a video from here. What's more, you did so today, on Christmas day. Montreal is my home and I love it, but South Florida is in my blood. I lived and went to school there many years ago and my family has had a residence there since the early 70's. As always, Thank You for bringing me home again!

Wow. This was practically like coming into Sea-Tac on a wet, heavily overcast day. Yesterday was so dark that I couldn't believe how dark it was. It's overcast today and we're about to get clobbered by a Pineapple Express storm. I'm glad that I'm not in Buffalo right now. Sheesh! That bomb cyclone really hammered them! Anyhow, another fine video.

I hope you don't live in a potential "mud slide" area. I was just looking at Seattle's forecast and they were talking about how the snow, plus the rain is elevating the potential of mud slides. @@sla31 Don't worry, we're not in a mudslide risk area. We're on top of a hill on level land nowhere near any place that might have a landslide. There is, however, the possibility of a power outage which happens a lot during these storms. I'm just glad I don't live in Buffalo! JEEZ!! They got totally hammered by that bomb cyclone. The same Arctic front that hit us moved eastward and clobbered most of the country. I see that Texas and Florida were included in this. Even Miami got cold! Anyhow, I have your video to watch as my GF and I batten down the hatches.

I hand't specifically heard that Buffalo was hit with a snow storm, but most of the country has had some type of snowstorm in the last week. The number of airline cancellations are a good sign of that. In fact, we had a white Christmas for the first time in... Probably 15 years this year. It's not unusual for us to get snow around southeast Kansas and the Joplin area, but it's usually more towards Feb-Mar. We only got about an inch, but it's still snow. Merry Christmas my friend!
