I've come across this video just now. I always have trouble sleeping at night, but whenever I listen to nature sounds and the animal noises it calms me down. All these enchanting beings are the reason how I can sleep at night. Especially Africa, the place I'd love to see, and watch the animals in there natural habitat. Thank you for this video!🙃

I am planning a safari trip summer if 2022. First time. Any tips or advice?
@aerandriadesu48883 жыл бұрын
@@krisg.8479 First of all, health-wise: make sure you take the vaccines recommended (like yellow fever) and consider buying malaria pills. The pills need to be taken even before you get there so they can work properly. Try to pack loose clothes to protect yourself from the sun and mosquitoes. No matter how many creams or sprays I used as repellents, they slaughter you the first few days if you have exposed skin. Be prepared for long, bumpy rides. Depends on how many reservations you visit, but the distances between them are sometimes big, and the rodes are like minefields. Have spare change for tips, negotiate prices as much as you can (they do take advantage of tourists), come with clothes that you might consider donating (I usually left mine in the room after leaving. The cleaning people might need them or deliver them to those that do). I'm sure you'll be advised by your guide and hotel staff, but don't leave valuable items in sight (unfortunately I had even perfume stolen from my luggage). Other than this, enjoy every moment, make friends and take lots of pictures :) If you wanna know anything else, let me know.
the animals of africa are so graceful, that it feels unreal.

Before tourism, (and a KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN in every town) I explored Africa in the 80s 90s..its villages its unknown reserves, (incl Fothergill Island and Mana Pools) 14 countries for 10 years. The sights were amazing but its the sounds of Africa that stay in the memory.. This video reflects this aspect really well.

Is it actually a thing that a lot of documentaries do not include the real sound? As far as I noticed they matched the environment and the situation just perfectly fine. I mean why would they re-edit what they already recorded? I think very old documentaries are mainly affected by what you stated, but I am not sure.
@mathijsbeenhakker87504 жыл бұрын
@@THome92 No the sounds are not always the real sounds...Leopards and Cheetahs for instance you can hear the same birds making alarm...the same woodpecker over and over again even though they were filmed at total different locations

This is the kind of videos for which KZbin was invented. I usually subscribe to this channel and other similar channels to have a variety of soundtracks while reading. But this video is so mesmerizing i actually had to stop reading and watch the full video and will probably watch it again. The only thing i wish was different was the speed. I understand why it was slowed down to make it more relaxing but i would have preferred a normal non altered speed for a better immersive experience. But i am being picky. This is a wonderful channel with amazing content. Thank you
