I have been watching others' hiking videos, especially with the Lantau trekking trails. This I can tell you is THE VERY BEST that I have ever seen. My soul was literally climbing with you and shared the same leg shaking moment with GAP YAN. My respect to you all and even more amazed seeing EVERY single comment is being replied. Great attitude and sincere dedication to all your viewers. I am sure you will always be successful with such high level of professionalism and passion! Keep it up and I am already your die-hard loyal fan!

@@ABCat speedy recovery, do more Physio! I also have knee and ankle problems. I broke mine few years ago. If you have ITBS in your left knee, it’s generally recommended to hold the hiking pole in your **right hand**. This helps reduce strain on the affected knee by shifting some of the load away from it, especially when descending. Using the pole on the opposite side helps with balance and minimizes pressure on the left knee.
