Two words - 'Efficient' and 'Professional'. Every action, movement and task expertly choreographed to accomplish the task safely, efficiently and effectively, with a big dollop of courtesy and pride. Japan is known for these traits and it is very evident in this video of airport workers doing their daily jobs. Should be a model for all to follow. Thanks for the great behind the scenes video sobanotanuki!!!!! 🙏🙇♂️

@fouad5717 It an emty gun with no bullet, he shoot to make noises to scare the birds away, if we dont have them, you would probably have a bird strike and accident could occur.

A profuse display of professionalism and respect. Even the pilots waved back. Their waves and bowing brought tears to my eyes.
A bow after the plane has stopped at the marker, precision and tradition. I love this! :)

Woow amazing to see this video, they always perform shisa kosho in every single action, that's cool

After a TV show pack up and go (strike as we call it) I often found myself pointing as I inspected to make sure my crew did not leave anything behind. It does draw ones eyes closer to what ever is being inspected, even a glancing look as the ramp agents doing here.
