熊本県水俣市のエコパーク水俣潮騒の広場で行われた、「水俣市防災フェスタ2024」。陸上自衛隊ヘリコプター・ブラック・ホークUH-60JAによるホイスト救助訓練の模様です。当日は雨降り風も強い中、広場から飛び立ったヘリから隊員を下ろし、要救助者を吊り上げ救助する訓練デモを行いました。
The Minamata City Disaster Prevention Festival 2024 was held at the Minamata Shiosai Square Eco Park in Minamata City, Kumamoto Prefecture. This is a scene from a hoist rescue training exercise using a Black Hawk UH-60JA helicopter from the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force. On the day, despite the rain and strong winds, a helicopter took off from the square, lowered personnel, and conducted a training demonstration of how to hoist and rescue a person in need of rescue.
