If I remember correctly, they have either re-dubbed or ADR’d Bane’s voice due to him being supposedly harder to hear and thus considered to be incomprehensible when this scene was first shown off by itself as a prologue in IMAX theatres, where it was placed during showings of the fourth Mission Impossible film.

This is undoubtedly the best sequence of the entire film, with a James Bond-style intro that raises the viewer's adrenaline from the first minute. The only aspect I didn't like about this movie is the portrayal of Bane, who is depicted more as a radical leader and less as the silent and lethal assassin from the comics. The rest of the film bears Nolan's seal of perfection.
