What I’ve always found interesting about Cap is that sure he’s super strong but he doesn’t have SUPER strength. So yeah like in these sort of fights he totally has an advantage and he can do crazy things that no other regular human can. However a strong enough magnet, enough skilled guys, or even regular guns and knives are still threats to him, so you can still get cool hand to hand fights with him. I guess it’s a nice in-between between characters who are superhuman like Superman, or characters or are very skilled regular people like Hawkeye.

This may be the best scene is all of the MCU. It needs to be seen in context. The gradual build up of questions about what is going on through the first part of the movie, as Fury warned "don't trust anyone". Cap's glances around him at the shield agents in the elevator, and then the explosions of action that marked the second part of the movie.
