how do I reach the customer service department? can anyone help me I received this awesome swing for my BABY shower I just put it together and I can hear the music play but it won't move at ALL my niece had the the exact same swing so I asked her to come over to be sure I put it together right which I did but it still won't move and my husband threw out the box a month ago and it was just in the guest room sitting now I don't know how to reach the company to see if they can help us PLEASE contact me I would return it to target but I don't have the box I ready just want to use it already before my BABY can't use it anymore baby is only 2 weeks old so maybe you can help me
