4TB Silent HTPC - Streacom FC5 EVO Fanless

I built a silent HTPC inside a Streacom FC5 EVO case. It's a 5.2kg/11lbs passively cooled hunk of aluminum :) The CPU is cooled through heat pipes that attach to the ribbed side of the case. The power comes from a Pico PSU that plugs directly into the ATX 24-pin and takes 12V DC from an external laptop brick that also doesn't have a fan.

Is there a 2 * M2. NVMe (M-key) and 10GbE motherboard out there that would fit with those 3 * 3.5" drives? (PCI-e card is fine for the ethernet card...)

This is easy to find on pcpartpicker.com. Just filter for Mini ITX and 2+ NVMe (M-Key) slots, lots of options. Not with 10GbE though. ATX/mATX motherboards with 10GbE are usually very expensive anyway ($500+) so you can just get a cheaper one with a PCI-e card. That's what I'm planning for a NAS I may be building in the future when I upgrade my PC and use the old parts for that. After 10 years in service I finally had to use the slot for a SATA PCI-e card because the ports on the motherboard started acting up, drives not showing sporadically etc. At first I thought some of the drives were dead so I replaced them, but they were fine when I plugged them into my desktop. Plugged in the SATA card and everything is working fine. I'm no longer using RAID either after it failed due to the above issue. I ended up using Windows Storage Spaces, let's see how that goes, lol. If I read the documentation correctly you can transplant the pool to anther PC in case of MoBo failure because all the array information is part of the disks and not dependent on any kind of controller somewhere else in the PC.
