Mommy Drew... These ladies are well known for their harmonising.... They can rock out with the best of them (Bohemian Rhapsody is PROOF of that 🔥) but they also can blow rap songs to pieces, especially with Mylene (2nd from right of screen - “The Boss”) & Irene (the “swagger” - at far left of screen) leading the way... Mommy Drew this is 4thimpact at what they do. They take a song at push it to fit there style. Almira is the oldest shes the high notes at the beginning. Mylene is the one who stood up shes the arranger of the group. Irene on the other end is the swagger of the group. Then you have the youngest Celina the main rapper of the group. They can sing anything. You should check out there livestream every Saturday and Sunday 9PM Philippines time on there KZbin channel. They like to see reactors stop by and say hi. 4th Impact typically arranges a song to build and build and build to a finale. Alternately, they sometimes take the song on a roller coaster ride of ups and downs and then bring vamps into a finale. But when a song is over 80% rap you are working with a completely different schema. Technically, rap is a poem. Think about it. Am I right? Simply look at the definition of poem and then the definition of song and objectively consider rap within those two confines. Does rap more closely fall into the poem category or the song category. You are lying to yourself if you said song. However, rap can be artistically added here and there to highlight portions of a song. Panalo is more rap than song, but by shifting the rap technique, ethnicity, speed, and singer around and adding a chorus this piece becomes an acceptable song. Pretty amazing, and I don't know if EZ Mil gets that credit or 4th Impact. Perhaps they share credit. 4th Impact definitely get credit for adding the siren song at the beginning and end: BRILLIANT!!!! Anyway, it is the only example of mostly rap that I can listen to all the way through. Super performance, super reaction! Ciao!
