Like the 4 colors to a bunch. I like a full wreath. I like the Star in the Center verses the hats. Another thing maybe you could've done was maybe a small flag.

cut hats in half. they will lay flat. I've done that & looks really good...

Love your videos! I just have a quick question.....how do you keep the deco mesh from fraying after you cut it? Every time I make one the mesh looks frayed

+Jessica Gloss I noticed that the 6 inch mesh frays less since your only cutting it once. The larger mesh requires more cuts and results in a lot of fraying since more sides are exposed. I hope that makes sense.❤

Our dollar tree doesn't sell deco mesh after Easter which is dumb. I order mine through craft outlet and I can get 10 yards of 10 inch deco mesh for 3.50 usually so it's cheaper than dollar tree and it makes it nice I can gets what I need year round...the wreath looks really good definitely no hats. I'm a bow person so I'd have added a bow lol my daughters like mom not everything needs a bow (I think she was adopted lol)wreath is beautiful and full

That is so pretty Tracey! I save the white twist ties out of the boxes of garbage bas and use them a lot of other things, Instead of sing them on the garbage bags I just tie them in a know. Those would work well on the white mesh. Love ya

And outstanding job and you made it very easy to follow. Thank you for that. The store appeared much better than the hats. But there’s so many Fourth of July’s options available at the dollar store. Including stars that could be placed throughout the reef. In addition, The colors that can also be alternated after every two for the Fourth of July on memorial day. It’s a very versatile reef. Including Veterans Day. It all depends on what you put in the center. Very well done. You should be quite proud of yourself as an instructor. Very professional and friendly. Thank you again

Love the wreath, haven't used the curly yet, but after watching house think I'll try it. Also might try it with the three colored mesh rolls (red, white and blue) with the solid colors too. I think the star in the middle makes it look awesome. Didn't care for the hats good much. But it is a very beautiful wreath.

I loved this wreath and your explanation! I made one for my son and daughter-in-law as a house warming as they are being transferred to a base in Kansas. I did a small variation - I did blue in two sections together and then I alternated the red and white deco mesh in each section so that it would appear as the stripes on the flag. I already have a Fourth of July wreath, but I love this one so much, that I am going to make one for myself for next year. Thanks your great idea!

Beautiful wreath! I would put the star on one of the white sections, then cut a hat in half and put both halves on the other white section. The white would make the colors in the hats and star really pop! TFS! Hugs!
