Alright men, because of, Mark I picked up this bottle today. Here in CNY it just came out. True to your review the price point stayed the same (even lower) than the 12 @ $52.99. Mark beat up on the 12, so if he likes this 14 I should love it. Shout out to, Shawn, too. He usually gets it right. BTW- fun live podcast!

Here in South Florida, the Quinta Ruben 14 is available at Total Wine... $54.99. I appreciate your concern about viewers’ comments regarding the gentleman representing the distillery present, but it really looked awkward. Think about how often your scores influence each other’s. We’ve all seen a score change once all the Dummies speak. Hard to imagine that you’re not influenced by his presence. It’s just difficult (if not impossible) to be completely honest in that situation. I still love this channel and appreciate your work, no disrespect meant. Your efforts are appreciated!!

Having tried a full bottle of Balvenie 21 Portwood; and hating it, is there any chance I might like the Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban? I think I know the answer, but I thought I'd ask to see if there's anything about it that stands out to you, compared to the B21? I can't get any HQ minis here in Oregon.

Hi guys, looking forward to trying the QR 14. My only gripe would be that it is not anymore "guaranteed" aged x years/months in port casks like the 12 was. Hopefully they don't change the recipe in the long term. Regading the new Nectar d'Or things don't look so rosy unfortunately. The new is now fully non-age-statement... :-(

I might have to leave my Wife in Glasgow or Edinburgh to do her own thing if I hop on that bus... the whole Whisky thing is not for her :P 2 distilleries a day is still a lot... I wouldn't be able to walk much either haha. I'll be keeping my eyes peeled for further developments and your itinerary because as mentioned on a previous video, I was hoping to get over around that same time next year and would be awesome to meet up with you guys at any point along the way!
