Awesome series bro, it was highly entertaining. You and David killed it. Looking forward to a new battle series. I think they're both great cars, a twin locked Y62 vs a twin locked 200 will come down to the driver.

I think in the next series we will both be back in our own cars which will be nice. And we may or may not both be twin locked 😉😉

Great videos. Great electronic traction control on the modern vehicles which kind of works / acts as a locking, traction device. Bet they wouldn't make the track without.

So was I. Keep in mind 2 things though. The 62 were running 35s. And they had a rear diff lock minimum. The 200 only had 33s on and no lockers. So from factory the 62 would be more capable. We are sorting out a twin locked 200 vs twin locked 62 comparison

😂. A lot of ppl have asked me that. Even I look at the series and think it’s edited by a 62 owner 🤣. Nah I’m happy as with my 200. End of the day if I can’t drive 1 or 2 tracks that a 62 can doesn’t bother me. The 200 has other advantages the 62 doesn’t. Like a more useable rear storage area and not being butt ugly 😆. I like em both. I almost bought a 62 when I was looking but ended up with what better suited my needs. Glad you enjoyed the series. Heaps more stuff coming on my channel.

@@Australian4x4Adventures you heard the news on the lc300 one of the motor options is v6twinturbo 310kw the concept is shown this year sometime, that woodgrain in the 62 tho hideous 💩
@Australian4x4Adventures
@Australian4x4Adventures 6 жыл бұрын
Yeah I seen that. 310kw and 600nm. That’s stock. Imagine what they could put out with a tune and exhaust alone. My worry is, are Toyota going down the same track as Nissan with the 3l patrol and asking to much from a small liter motor all to meet emissions. Time will show I guess. The 2.8 lt in the Hilux , Fortuna and prado is a dud. They are having heaps of problems with that one.
