Anything that eats crabs and prawns all day has gotta taste nice. Lol. K’gari is unique, the rangers are so worried about the dingos that they visited us every day (camped behind the first dune north of Eurong) and all three rangers arrived together at camp one day. They laughed at that. I had the Jayco Eagle so they knew we’d be fine but the camper trailer a few hundred metres away was raided by the three pups from the Eurong den that their mother had brought up. Silly campers for not securing all their food away. Backpackers were lighting fires and we parked on an old fire that was simply covered in sand! I smelt the tyre before it was damaged. Then of course an illegal fire set fire to half the island last year.
