There was so much V8 goodness I couldn’t help myself but to keep adding more footage in as it sounded so good.

When I was a young bloke, my parents had a banana plantation on the side a hill/ mountain. ( 1975 to 1980) It was red volcanic clay/soil. We had a series 3 Land Rover and a Willies Jeep. We used snow chains for traction in the clay. Worked well. I guess you guys in Vic don’t have to comply with ADR 13 ?

I have no idea what ADR 13 is 😆. I’ve used chains in the past and they work amazingly. We just didn’t have any to fit the tyre size everyone was running.

Mate I bailed on one of the cuttings as I knew I’d have punched in the rear 1/4. And what people forget is this things nearly 4t and the biggest 4x4 on the market with the exception of the US trucks. 👌🏽👍❤️

Why is it you ausies avoid basic gear? Use chains! 4 icebreakers and you walk up that kind of terrain without spinning a wheel. Even better in the sloppy stuff

Some ppl do but I think you chew the track up more with chains then without. We were just spinning on top. Chains really dig in.
