Hello Sir great video. I'm also thinking of installing one of this in my car. I wanted to know how your review after using it for 6months also wanted to know how it is performing in this summer months especially the mounting do you have any issues in that ? As you have hardwired it, is it affecting your battery? Do let me know your feedback it will be helpful in making decision on whether to hardwire it or not, as I also stay in Dubai and my parking is mostly in the direct sunlight.

Hi Vijay. After 6 months the device is working as advertised by the manufacturer. No issues at all even during the recent weeks of hot weather in Dubai. Battery not affected. The front and rear mounting still fixed as per day 1. The recordings and functions all working perfectly and no software issue nor system freeze. One thing I did is from the app on my phone I disabled the light around the front camera, it’s a white ring that comes on for a while when you turn off the car. That’s the only thing I changed in its settings. Quality of videos and pictures are great day and night time. Lane assist and collision warnings are like a co-driver always ready to alert you. It helped me in many occasions. Hope this helps you and not being bias I highly recommend it for what it does.

@@AK104B Hi Sir, Yesterday I fitted with the same dash cam setup ,but I'm not able to see rear camera display in the lcd display is there any way activate it ? Because the self diagnose show rear camera not active can you please guide me.

@@vijaybyanna8210 I did not try it on the dash camera itself however I use the Hella DR 780 app which is great. On the main page under live view u have an option of choosing front or rear camera. This is how u can test if the cameras are working properly. And if so, u can go to recorded files and view the front and rear footage. Hope this helps.
