To everyone talking crap on his build vid saying rear steer was stupid idea looked like it works very well and that thing crawls awesome way better than some overpriced go-kart like the razor shows how a real clutch makes a difference between real rigs and toy rigs 2 pedals are for bicycles 3 pedals are for drivers

the engine is in the back but the output faces forward. there is a regular car manual gear box in the middle of the buggy. thats used as a reduction box and reverse. the output of that trans is a chain that goes down to a longitudinal shaft that links both diffs together.

Kid not riding? Is he not into the slow crawl or Winch steering, winning every two seconds? A power steering pump and small cylinder with a watermans valve, to control rear left to right. ( simple, economical and less noise) Smooth articulation, gearing seams adequate. Driving skills well matched to your buggy. But over all , well done and good use of CNC ( $$ to have parts cut ). Congratulations on your dream .

Have you decided you will sell any or a whole set of plans yet? It will save me hacking up a Polaris/Can Am frame to build a propper engined SXS. There was moves a-foot by some US and Aus Racing Org's to make a new racing class for the SXS's 2500cc normally aspirated and 2500cc open but that got pulled just at the last minute this year, actually after it had been announced in Australia and Jimco were building a chassis but then took it down to replace it with a "enhanced 4 seat Polaris. So love to get some plans have to stretch yours a bit and make it a desert racer not crawler. So are plans up for sale?
@isopah865 жыл бұрын
Hey! I have no drawings of the frame. I have done this on his own head. I have drawn laser clip images. they can be found on the link! if you want i can share these also in dwg format. Thank you! drive.google.com/open?id=1-nZyi2Ia7Mx3FW_D7Sa71rL6vTdbo4n_

@@isopah86 Is the frame something you based around the Polaris? You say its a RZR type frame so did you size it off that or did you decide your own dimensions? Its very egalitarian to share the plans so many people will be very happy with you, Im more than willing to contribute you something....
