i'm actually somewhat surprised that there wasnt more usage of the tanks firing deeper into enemy lines. the modern troopers had such a HUGE advantage with those tanks that could have fired deep into the enemy ranks and even fired at the enemy who were waiting at the top of the hill. would have also been interesting to see usage of long-range snipers and field artillery

The Jedi line was too deep and maybe should have been more spread out. Once they started to get surrounded and the ranged attacks couldn't miss they started going down. With no ranged attack of their own it was only ending one way! Epic batttle!

This was great, but might you not consider giving human forces artillery or greater fortified positions, like that great castle you had in another video. I enjoyed watching this though. Such great numbers. You must have a great hardr drive to keep the animation going. Thanks for posting!

Excellent video production. Your inclusion of a narrated storyline adds a lot of value to your videos. It helps flesh out the various troops involved and their purpose. I would enjoy seeing the statistical data from time to time during the battle. What are the numbers of live versus dead etc. The Jedi forces mow through their competition with speed however I have noticed that the moment that they get flanked their numbers decrease dramatically. I think the Jedi would’ve stood a better chance if they’re fellow warriors, ones with guns and ammunition etc., had shown up earlier in the battle it may have helped them survive some of the attacks that were being brought in against them from a distance. Thank you for an excellent video I enjoy them and look forward to watching more

It's hard for me to see where the problem was in this one. Other than just being badly outnumbered by powerful forces, that is. Can't blame the Jedi. They did a great job in delaying and pushing back the Halloween forces. Practically all the way up the hill, but they did run out of steam, and despite the impressive looking forces coming from behind, those forces were not able to capitalize on the opening the Jedi made for them. Perhaps they were TOO successful in moving forward? The Jedi seem to have an especial weakness when fighting with few numbers on the flank? Well, they did here against werewolves, to be sure. The werewolves might not be trolls, but they'll do in a pinch. Not least in that while they might lack a troll's sheer power and toughness, they are rather less ponderous. And they seem to cooperate better, probably by better fitting in close to each other. Individual Jedi were all too human when surrounded by a pack of several werewolves. On the other hand, the Special Forces who've been so powerful against orcs and zombies before, prove how tough the Jedi are even in the same fight. Single Jedi might get bullied to death by a pack of werewolves. But one werewolf can withstand a burst from a Special Forces man and fell that unit with one strike where at least the Jedi can scramble up from over and over again. Being able to fight and kill individually while running backward has been like a superpower for the Special Forces, it has served them well before. But not against the werewolves, or too many zombies, or the range units of phantoms. It was strange, though, to see ghosts die! It might have been better if they just disappeared in a 'poof' much like chickens? Anyway, this was a good battle to remind one that one powerful unit can crush another one, yet when they go away, the viewer is quickly reminded how strong the briefly humbled foe really is!

The main problem for the humans was they could kill as many as they wanted, but no frontage was eliminated. They kept coming from every direction while the humans lost entire fronts. They were slowly surrounded and overwhelmed. And they couldn't simply draw the enemy away and kill them from range. The werewolves outrank them and the ghasts could shoot them making the bait tactic a minor stalling tactic.

What the Jedi Knights needed was long-range cover, especially medium-to-long-range artillery power against the opponent's long-range units. Why didn't they form a mixed unit while claiming to be the Allied Forces?

Two problems. The Jedi needed range defense. They also were too clumped together. Their superior attack damaged was wasted because they didn't spread their line out and try to flank the enemy. Instead, they got flanked which bottled them up and make them very accessible to range attacks. Many of the Jedi probably died never even attacking an enemy.

Here’s my take. The jedis strengtg is melee combat IS there weakness. Oh sure put them agaisnt an enemy of comparable size or even a bit outnumber and they’ll do just fine… but not 5 million.. that’s beyond outnumbered. The Jedi carved into the evil army ranks but found them selves surrounded and hammered from all sides. Nothing can hold that for long

I love the addition of ghosts. How does their AI work? Just basic hit points, or do they resist some types of damage better than others? Would be cool if they were immune to bullets and real world damage, and only susceptible to fantasy damage, like from Jedi, Cleo, Tesla, Chuck etc, but I doubt the game is that detailed

The battle was lost as soon as the Jedi advanced away from the strong hold. If the strong hold contained the humans with machine guns and some of the tanks then a defensive ring around the fort gives no flanking opportunity to the enemy which is where much of the damage, and battle was lost. With the supporting ranged fire from inside the fort then it would mitigate much of the enemy advantage. The remaining tanks and infantry could then attack the enemy lines from behind and at range.

It appears that the turning point of this battle is when the Human and Jedi army tried to push into the mountain forest where they were more easily divided into more manageable chunks. Also the addition of Spectres and Werewolves help to flesh out the Undead Evil Sub-faction. Now they just need their own artillery unit, and add Frankenstein's Monster equivalent to be their God unit, and for that matter we need Orcs who knows how to throw spears or something lol

this idea of battle is way too romantic.... even in ancient day army had artillery, second, you don't allow range units to move you let them come to you. try the same thing with small differences 1. stop Jedi from moving and let evil come to them. 2. if it's battle the army would have mined or prepared a field to lid it on fire 3. if you are using modern tools where is the airforce? 4. Set up a few big artillery units at the back with the correct range. 5. where are the machine gun nests ( use like a David star formation that way each nest supports each-other. 6. have a few mortars nest too with short-range artillery support

No after-action statistics or reports? How many humans killed / routed? How many of the Evil Army remains / got killed? What were the kill ratios of each unit, such as the average number of Evil units killed per Jedi unit and vice-versa? Glad I skipped to the end to check before committing over half an hour of my time, instead I just skimmed through it, thanks. I hope the Simulator itself has all that info if I was to download and play it.

Shorter videos and great pic quality draws me in. But no in game stats causes me to get bored and move on As a gamer I crave stats. We can only see one part of the battle at a time so those Troops Remaining/Kill rates are critical to see how the overall battle is going. I don't own the game so it is hard to identify some of the troops from a distance, I often just rely on the stats.

Do a huge battle where it's all the human armies minus the Modern and WW2 armies (cause they would win) vs all the monster and nonhuman armies, but have werewolves on the human side and jedi on the monster side. There was no breaking point the jedi were always going to spread out and the werewolves were always going to break though the outer lines with thiere knock back abilitie. From there the jedi are serounded and its only a question of numbers to defeat the modern soldiers

I couldn't enjoy this one as much. The way the allied forces were positioned, from that collapsing line of Jedi to the late, crazily spread out reinforcements.. It took away the suspension of disbelief. That castle in the backdrop should have been a stronghold, and the entirety of the allied forces should have allowed the Undead forces to come down off those mountains. The jedi were basically fodder after a certain point. I dunno, man. I just can't with this one. Alot of inconsistencies.

true. the modern soldiers would have been alot more organized, had very effective fortified postions to return effective fire, plus tanks should have been firing deep into the enemy flanks toward the beginning of the battle, even firing up the hill at the enemy forces waiting to join the battle.

How can you give the humans artillery but the Jedi none? You rigged it from the beginning, the Jedi were going to be tied down with close combat while bleeding from the ranged. Makes no sense. Negged.
