More high schoolers need to see this. D1 sounds great but your gonna run into dudes like this at D3 more often than you think. Go where your going to play and develop!

"That's good, now just give me a lil more pressure on the inside of the middle finger!" TF! lol, that's crazy man. As an outfielder, I've always thought that pitchers are different kinds of beast.

Taller than Ron Guidry. When I was 13 he came to my park with a couple other Yankees, to do a commercial. He was maybe 5’9” but what an arm.

How does he generate so much velo?
@TaurineDippy

Can we get a detailed breakdown of how he is able to create so much force? Most of the time when we see balls in the mid-90s, we have a lot of leverage being created by these long, tall bodies, but why is he able to create so much force. Is him being on the other side of the rubber part of it? As in, he is creating more right to left force instead of downward, so he has to be more to the right side of the rubber to compensate for the added body displacement that is created by this right to left force being generated?
@TaurineDippy

This could also be why when he reaches back and tries to overthrow, like in 1:36, he misses gloveside down, instead of up and in like the typical guy? I'm just guessing here, these are genuine questions.

They need a side view it would show you his lower body drive. Can't believe they don't.

There are two bullpens simultaneously running side by side in this video, so there's no way to have a standard side view rolling on a 4th angle.

He's an elite rotator and incredibly strong for his size. This tends to be the case with most shorter guys who throw hard. I'm going to link to a couple videos we've made about height and velocity below: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jIjXe2t5edx3iZI kzbin.info/www/bejne/j3yximBjbp6qsK8

Probably got ignored due to his height. There are also many position players in college who can throw 90s on flat ground and if u put them on mound would be around this velocity.
