If we have a negative velocity for one of the members ~BC for example, say its in the clockwise direction, do we still use omegaBC*k? Thanks

If a member is rotating clockwise at say 3 rad/s then in vector form it's omega would be -3k. You'd then be able to sub it into whatever equation you were working with.

I think you are referring to the unit vectors. In these examples since the rotations (omega and alpha) are about the z axis that comes out of the page (which I would have defined at some point in the video), they will always get the k unit vector since that's the one associated with the z axis.

Yes. The order of the subscripts doesn't matter for the angular velocity and angular acceleration terms.
