5.15 am RISE TO LOVE

I have struggled with routine since my divorce/ having my children one week on/off. I was saddened by the thought of being alone coming up to Christmas/ New Years Eve and Valentines Day (My 40th birthday) I decided to shift perspectives.

It really is all about creating a life you don't need a holiday from, living your passion/ purpose and creating the feeling of Christmas/ New Years/ Valentines Day every day!!!! When I focus on what I can give my heart is always full. My biggest gifts to the world will be my podcast/ videos and my book on love and I couldn't think of anything better than doing this for you for my birthday,

If anyone wants to join you are welcome, daily intention/ prayer/ dance. 5.15am for 15 minutes this will lead us up to New Years Day and The Valentines Retreat I will run on LOVE, as YOU are IT. Wedding vowels to self and commitment to daily growth is how relationships thrive including the one with YOU.
