I still haven’t tried hello fresh. Hubby isn’t keen. I might just order it in, cook it lol 😂 he won’t notice. I’ve heard a lot of good reports about hello fresh too. Xxx

If your full then don,t eat anything, I found that really helped me, slimming world cut my syn,s when I started to maintain on a regular basis and that was when I realised that eating my chocolate just because I had the extra syns was the cause of my sudden stop of my weight loss, I just thought that I would tell you this because at some stage it may be helpful in the future Gemma if you start to maintain, your doing so well and this plan seems to suit you really well, see you next time.
