I think there’s a significant difference in how Bestie Leon scores from those tough angles compared to the Zadorov goal Lundqvist was talking about. Leon typically scores from there off one timers where the goalie needs to lunge across the net and doesn’t have time to potentially seal the post. Zadorov kind of cruised to that angle from the blue line to near goal line and let it fly, while Skinner had more than enough time to adjust his stance to seal the post.

I was yelling at everybody that would listen to me that the Canes could have and should have won those first 3 games against the rangers, and here we are lmao the talking heads only playing the results and not the game is annoying, and I'm so glad you ladies exist
