This is top half of the Culvert trail, the other half goes to the river. American River canyon in Auburn Ca. early Spring, (In Sept.everything is dead and on fire). No one comes out mid-week when it’s this wet so It’s pretty quiet and easy for foot traffic to hear bikes splashing in the mud. This trail turns off of the bigger Foresthill divide loop.
