Thank you Mr Browning for your compliments. Always good to have you weigh in on the vids. I was wondering if anyone would notice the freeze frame shots and comment...Looks like you are the first. :)

Wow. Great work. There’s so many variables though when it comes to effects on varying targets. For example, choosing which of those for hunting, or combat environments…I was kind of leaning towards a 55 grain due its increased velocity. But seeing this, now I’m not so sure. Seems the extra weight maybe translates to the required energy to really get the desired body cavity/terminal ballistics. There’s studies done and from Afghanistan theater, it’s been observed that at ranges over 150-200 yards, 62grn green tip has a tendency to more or less zip through bodies without causing major cavities/damage. Couple reasons noted. One being loss of velocity, with some units using 14.5” or shorter barrels, and the enemy bodies themselves not having enough mass to travel through. Most are skin and bones, much thinner than say your average western civ individual. So the medium just isn’t there to produce the desired effects. Seeing this though, makes me more confident in the good old 62 grain , and higher grain for that matter. Very interesting. Thanks for posting. Much appreciated.

Loving your videos man! Can you do a video on 77 gr ammo on water at 300 yds? Looks like it might be more explosive than the lighter rounds.

What is a "temporary *body* cavity" supposed to mean? Are you trying to say "temporary *wound* cavity"?

Greetings Spartan Chi Rho. Normally I would agree with your view, but I actually zeroed each and every bullet at 300 before taking each shot. A lot of factors could have affected the shot placement, but I think the biggest thing is that they were not taken with a bolt action. A good bolt action usually hides a lot of shooting flaws.
