It may look small in the video but the master and sitting room is huge. don't remember the sq, footage at the moment the bathroom is also large I bought the Reynolds in Nov 2017, I have no complaints and I'm lovng it.

@@mssan2016 wow...thats pretty big even for a townhome, 3 levels? you probably have a million steps to walk up...Fun fact: did you know that a mansions sqft starts at about 7k+ floorspace. A "mini-mansion" really does not exist however its just fun for most people to visualize that they might be able to purchase something kinda big! 3/4 of the homes for sale in Georgia right now are under 2k sqft. The home we are discussing is right about 3900 sqft, with the basement option it goes up to 5500-6000 sqft, This home has 6 bedrooms and 4 full baths, has a formal living room(wish it was just a little bigger) and formal dining room(perfect size)Guest room and full bath on the main level and a huge kitchen area, with huge eat-in area, Owners ensuite is awesome, and all the bedrooms are good sized! This floorplan's base price is around $ 300k, that's not including options, upgrades and lot premiums.

@@newhomesatlantatoday4506 l thought that was standard for newer townhomes. Plus l have a 4 level extension with rooftop deck. Thats why l was shocked at the sq. footage. Most homes being built in MD look like the one in this video plus come with standard basement. This is a beautifl home but certainly wouldn't be a mini mansion in the DMV. The price alone is why l need to move to GA. We not gonna discuss how much l paid for this townhome 🤦‍♀️😳🙄.

@@mssan2016 Oh yes ma'am, you are talking about a whole different ball game, that area is nothing but $$$$$, my children's father is from Alexandria and whew.... too much to think about! I probably know how much your property is worth especially with a rooftop deck, so if you've been in your home for a bit...you might be able to cash out and move here when its time! Prices are still decent in Georgia, but they are going up up up. I have a builder here that's building some beautiful townhomes with a double rooftop deck near Atlanta, base prices $550k with solar panels already included. sqft. is right around 2900sqft its pretty large inside but it looks bigger than that to me..some builders really know how to work the sq footage to maximize the space! Basements in Georgia are not standard and are pretty expensive, you can add an extra $35-60k to the price of the home for a basement that's unfinished :(
