Its got potential, there are some wasted space issues that could be dealt with by changing location of a door or window. I dont recall seeing a spot for a washer dryer.

Extend the front porch to the length of the front of the house, and connect it to the side porch. Not much space in the living room/area. Perhaps have a sectional there. There is no upstairs bathroom and no washer/dryer/laundry area! The upstairs balcony is unnecessary. Instead of an office, use that upstairs space for a bathroom and a laundry area.
