It's a greag penthouse. The infratsructure and the interiors are quite fare. I have seen slightly better penthouses which are less confusing because of the architechture. I feel, in these modern days and technologically advanced generation, this penthouse offered a little less in terms if security despite being on a higher floor. Spending 6cr could have been a happy pinch to the pocket if this was less confusing and more secured. Space utilization is amazing and the walkin wardrobes almost in every room sold me off.

interiors are nice , but the space doesn't look very grand in terms of openess the entire plan is sort of a "corridor" planning, when someone enters it should have a grand large space . what if some one decides to have a get together they can't even accomodate more than 7-8 people in the formal living area

HUH ? I mean Ma'am each of those fittings costs around 10k per fitting plus its maintenance. If the servant areas did not have usable washing spaces it would have been understandable. But I mean you're not gonna pay out of your pocket for help. The living conditions for help is far away from just basic amenities and also gives them their own space.

I know we still have dim wit families in our countries treating them differently always..... If you think about it and bring a difference, for a family paying 6 to 10 cr won't have a problem with doing the same fitting for their helps if they are aware enough ( think it that way ....
