@@rishabhsharma9915 you can never really tell about the construction quality. And if you are looking for property in heart of gurgaon, you must be one with deep pockets. Because simple working class people cant offord more than 2 cr apartment max 3. And why one would think about distance to delhi. If your working in gurgaon you will look there only. People working in noida will look in noida not delhi or gurgaon.

2 Cr? You kidding right? I agree that the location is a huge issue but 2 crore is way less. Maybe you are talking about prices from 5-6 years ago. Go out in the market and you will realise you can't really get such huge flat in 2 crore. You will get something like 2500 Sqft (superarea) in DLF Ultima in New Gurgaon.

Such a gorgeous 4 bhk!!! Loved it....in terms of layout I would say that's a very gorgeous one yet useful in terms the room designs like seriously that door opened and I was shocked every room is done vibrantly.....like the best 4bhk till now I have ever seen
