Both I and my '03 thank you for the video! I couldn't find the CMP sensor for the life of me, since older models all have this on the passenger side. Turned out to be a thirty second fix.

Anyone know where to find the actual bracket the sensor mounts in? My husbands truck threw a belt and it broke the bracket and ripped out the wires to the sensor. We got the sensor but since the bracket is broken the sensor is not in the correct position to read.

Cummins should sell them. They will need your engine number for accurate sourcing.

I am having a P0341 code "cam position sensor" come up on my truck and it is a no start could this cause a no start

Will it be in the same place for a 2006 5.9. I installed a boost fooler and the connection came loose at the MAP Sensor while I was driving and it went into limp mode and immediately threw the 0341 and 0237.

2006 Manual 3500 Dodge. Sometimes I have no power. Seems like it’s not making any boost. It just comes on and off sometimes. Sometimes it’s making plenty of boost. And sometimes it won’t spoil up at all. Ive been advised to replace computers, tune. Delete grid heater. Still having this issue. I’m thinking map sensor or CSP sensor

Does anyone know where the camchaff sensor is located in a Dodge Ram van extended passenger 5.9 size engine I have to fix that but I can not find the sensor to see what it looks like.thanks anyone.

Ray M P0016 references misalignment. Have you had recent bottom end work? If not, I would try the crank sensor as well. Let me know what happens. Thanks for watching!

Depends Be careful of Amazon sensors I’ve had good and bad luck with them. You may be able to get a genuine one on Amazon
