Theo and Bee gave up their busy city lifestyles in 2014 to explore alternative living, and have lived in vans and boats since then without looking back! Along with their cat Ginjey Bear they have been driving around the world in their self converted Sprinter van. However, when the global pandemic hit they began converting their abandoned stone barn in Central Portugal to turn into a wonderful tiny stone cottage. Along the way, they have rescued a playful cat called Furrnando and have a wonderful flock of Chickens!

I used to watch van lifers envious of their travels to beautiful places and the amazing adventures they went on. When COVID-19 changed everyone’s plans, it was amazing to see these amazing adventurers find journeys and adventures in living daily life. That was an important lesson that I think we can all take to heart. Living life to the fullest doesn’t have to take you to the ends of the world but just happens in smiling and enjoying every day and all the laughs and challenges each day might bring. Camera shots of simple things like chickens scratching in the grass or a kitten mewing really bring to everyone’s attention the beauty that we so often overlook. Thank you Bea and Theo for sharing your outlook on living an adventurous life both on the road and at home.🥰
