There is nothing like a traditional home. This is my idea of a traditional two generational home. This is a double home. 😊😊😊 The trimwork, treyceilings, crown molding, and details are extraordinary . No HOA is a great idea.

This is my second time looking at this video. The red and blue paint in the formal dining room must go. I like tan/ light brown earth tones or creamy yellow. The opposite room can be used as an in home library/office. I dislike black fixtures/door knobs.

It's a horrible presentation. Took six minutes to get to the front door. Guy talks so slow and so much and talks down to his audience and keeps repeating himself. "That's a sink. We're on the second floor, at the top of the stairs." I stopped halfway through. I've been binge watching *Real Property Tours* and unfortunately this popped up. At least I can put it on "Do not recommend channel." For nearly a $1 mil house it shouldn't have wire racks in the closets and pantry. Can't claim to "like clients that have the attention span longer than a squirrel" when you're constantly repeating yourself because you've forgotten what you've said.

Too much yacking, just show the house. It’s horrible built on a hill, that driveway already has a giant crack. Backyard is awful, you’re paying taxes on all that unusable land. Lots of forest, can’t imagine the bugs and mosquitos
