I love how simple you illustrated the email prompting. I went in and committed my email prompts/commands (based on yours) to GPT memory and added prompting to write with a 7th grade level and to use contractions whenever possible. I heard someone mention "most people are comfortable reading and writing at a 6th to 9th grade level" in their everyday communications.

Remember those bank / credit card transactions that only give 1 year of CSV download data and if you are a small biz owner you missed to download and you are at mercy of your book keeper? No, not with chatgpt 4o anymore. It will allow you to upload the pdf copy and ask GPT make a tabular format of all transactions. It will create a formatable table and that you can copy and paste it into any sheets be it google sheet or excel and you are done. Caveat: Free version only allows limited file upload about 3-4 I guess

I recently asked copilot for a list of companies that manufacture a particular product in the USA. Several of the companies returned were only seller of the product, not manufactures. Some time latter I asked the quest again and got a second list which included only a few of the companies from the first list and had the same problem of including resellers. The question was “create a list of (product name) in the USA. The results does not inspire confidence.

If you're using NVIDIA ChatRTX, it all runs locally on your PC, so it's as secure as your PC is. If you use Microsoft Copilot through work, the data stays within your tenant. This is just bad delegation. I would never trust an AI to the point where I'd have it deal with my email without my intervention, except for asking me some salient questions, which means using AI to deal with it will actually slow down my work - with AI you have to review everything "just to be sure". But hey, real AI already exist - just employ someone to do the job! AI for human tasks that require constant oversight is adding to my workload, not detracting from it.

Believe it or not, it's a real background :) I use a low aperture lens on my camera to give the scene a shallow depth of field, which blurs the background. Then I also have 8 different studio lights to illuminate everything.
