Hello. Thank you for watching. Homeowners'Association dues are from Php9-Php10 per square meter (lot area) per month. So an average lot sized at 250m2 will have a Php2500 per month association dues.

Lumira seems to be “underdeveloped” even though the website says it is sold out. Any reason for this apart from the possibility that people bought for land speculation?

Hi Girlie! Lumira has been sold out for quite sometime. There were both end users and investors (informed speculators) who bought. There are several houses being built now and there is a resident or two who lives in the village. They have a nice clubhouse and gym. Thank you for watching.
